At The Lighting Gallery, we take great care in ensuring your items arrive in perfect condition. While we do not accept returns for change of mind, we’re here to help if something’s not right.

📦 Return Eligibility

We do not accept returns or exchanges for change of mind.
Please do not send any items back without contacting us first — they will not be accepted.

🔧 Damaged / Defective / Wrong Items

We kindly ask you to inspect your items upon delivery. If you find any damage, defects, or incorrect items, contact us within 7 days of receiving your order (based on signed delivery receipt).

• We’ll assess the issue and provide either:

  • A replacement unit

  • Replacement parts, depending on the issue

Important:
Once the item is installed, it will be deemed accepted in its received condition.
We’re unable to accept any claims for damages after installation.

🏠 Special Consideration for New Homes

We understand some customers may be moving or their home may not be ready yet. We allow a maximum of 7 days from the delivery date for inspection and reporting of any issues.

🚫 Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned:

• Custom or made-to-order items

• Clearance or sale items

• Gift cards

💰 Refunds

If your return is approved:

• A refund will be issued to your original payment method

• Items must be returned in their original condition and packaging

• Photos of damaged/wrong items are required to process the return

Please note:

• Refunds may take a few business days to appear, depending on your bank or card provider.

• Shipping fees (if applicable) are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
